We are offering on-site appointments, drive up testing, and telehealth sessions. BCFHC is working diligently to ensure the needs of our community are being met. This is a time of uncertainty for our patients and nation, we will be here to provide service, support, and care as much as we can. It is very important that patients that believe they have been exposed or infected with COVID-19 call us prior to arriving at any of our facilities.
- Drive-up Testing is conducted by appointment only. Patients are required to call BEFORE coming on-site for testing to 954-624-3200. Testing is available for patients that qualify. Qualification includes, but not limited to, recent international travel or exposure to someone who has, flu like symptoms or exposure to someone who has been diagnosed with the coronavirus.
- Telehealth sessions will be available by appointment for current BCFHC patients ONLY via the UcareConnect app. The app is free and download-able from the Apple and Google Play stores as Patients can also connect with us via our patient portal at: myhealthrecord.com
- Patients Visiting Our Centers with social distancing as a requirement, we are working to reduce the time in our waiting areas. If there is still a concern about spacing, patients may be asked to return to their cars and be contacted when an exam room is available.
