About Staci: Staci Hines, MSW, LCSW is the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health at Broward Community & Family Health Centers (BCOM Health), where she leads a team of mental health professionals in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan, Staci ensures accessible and culturally responsive behavioral health services for individuals, couples, and families across Broward County. In her role, Staci develops and oversees comprehensive programs that include therapy, crisis intervention, medication management, and support groups. She collaborates closely with medical, dental, and administrative teams to integrate mental health into holistic patient care, breaking down barriers to access and enhancing patient well-being. Known for her compassionate leadership and patient-centered approach, Staci fosters a safe, nurturing environment where clients feel empowered to overcome emotional challenges. She is dedicated to closing gaps in mental health care and supports individuals on their journey to resilience and growth, helping build a stronger, healthier community for all.
