About Bertholette: Bertholette Pardieu, MPH is the Director of Risk Management & Corporate Compliance Officer at Broward Community & Family Health Centers (BCOM Health). With over 17 years in healthcare quality and safety, she leads compliance initiatives and risk oversight across all BCOM sites, ensuring regulatory adherence and operational excellence. In her role, Bertholette designs and manages programs in corporate compliance, risk management, safety protocols, and HIPAA readiness across the multiple BCOM health center locations. She also oversees the 340B Drug Pricing Program, collaborating closely with pharmacy partners to maintain effective oversight and community benefit. A strategic and meticulous leader, she engages with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
