About Berline: Berline Lapomarede, MDiv LCSW-QS, is the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health at Broward Community & Family Health Centers (BCOM), where she leads with compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep commitment to whole-person care. In her role, Berline helps guide a team focused on delivering accessible, evidence-based behavioral health services that support the emotional and mental well-being of individuals and families throughout the community. With a strong background in psychotherapy, counseling, and clinical leadership, Berline brings a thoughtful and culturally responsive approach to patient care. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and provides services in both English and Spanish. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges, helping patients feel supported at every stage of care. In her leadership role, Berline supports the development and delivery of behavioral health services that are integrated into BCOM Health’s broader model of care.
