About Rosalyn: Rosalyn Frazier is the Chief Executive Officer of Broward Community & Family Health Center (BCOM Health), where she champions accessible, comprehensive primary care for Broward County’s underserved communities. With over 35 years in health care leadership—including more than 18 delivering direct primary care—Rosalyn guides the operations of four medical sites and one dental clinic. A skilled strategist, she brings deep expertise in new business development and expansions, board development, financial management, managed‑care contracting and physician recruitment. Passionate about reducing health disparities, she collaborates across clinical, behavioral, and dental services to improve outcomes and uphold the mission: provide high‑quality care with dignity and respect. Rosalyn’s leadership extends beyond operations—she’s been recognized for her community impact, honorary doctorate in Human Letters including features by BPM’s Global 100 and local honors. Her vision continues to shape BCOM’s role as a community cornerstone.
